If you've uploaded your stories, double check to see that you had hit Post (while you were in Preview) instead of "Save without Posting" which makes your story a draft. Drafts do not stay on AO3 indefinitely and only last a week from the day they were first created. So make sure your story is posted and not a draft.
Also double check to see if you've fulfilled your assignment. To find out, click on Edit on your story and scroll down until you reach the box of options titled Associations. The first question "Does this fulfill a challenge assignment" with Open Assignments should have a check mark on [Not Prime Time (recipient's name)].
