Movie fandoms within Not Prime Time

For our 2013 round and future rounds, movie fandoms with over 1000 stories on fanfiction.net and/or over 100 stories on AO3 will be considered medium sized fandoms, as long as they are not considered megafandoms. This means that many movie fandoms will overlap in eligibility with Yuletide.

The reason for this is movie fandoms tend to have a shorter lifespan than other fandoms because of its smaller canon so we're adjusting for that.
