Lucky Number Seven reminder

bridgetmkennittThe last day for Lucky Number Seven eligibility is February 28. If you have written either full length treat, pinch hit, or Hiatus fic over the last three rounds, you are eligible for Lucky Number Seven voting this year, though you are not required to vote.
Lucky Number Seven boils down to an easy and straightforward fashion in rewarding the people who went above and beyond the past three years by writing treats, pinch hits, and Hiatus fics by allowing them to vote for five megafandoms that will be eligible for NPT's 2015 round (the last two will be chosen by mod). Voting is completely optional though if you currently aren't eligible for voting, you can do so by writing a Hiatus fic and uploading it to the Hiatus Resolution collection. Here is a list of requests from 2014's participants.
If you wish to be eligible for voting, you have until February 28, 2015 to write a Hiatus fic (completed, in English, over 1000 words). If you are currently on the banned list, you would have to write two Hiatus fics in order to a) become eligible for NPT and b) become eligible for voting. If you defaulted on your primary assignment and took up a pinch hit to replace it, you would have to write a Hiatus fic in order to be eligible for voting if you never wrote a treat or wrote a second pinch hit.
Once voting begins, those eligible will have 3 votes each to use on fandoms on the megafandom list. The votes can be used either a) all 3 votes on one fandom, b) 1 vote each for three individual fandoms, or c) any method in between.
Voting will take place from March 8, 2015 to March 14, 2015 and results will be announced a couple of days later. Of the five megafandoms that get chosen, 1 must be an anime/manga fandom and 1 must be a television show fandom, so all 5 fandoms cannot be movie fandoms (as an example).
Remember that just because a megafandom gets voted into eligibility for that year, it doesn't mean that they are automatically in a tag set. Someone has to nominate the fandom and its characters into the 2015 tag set.
