Last day for nominations

Today is the last day before nominations close. The tag set is here and this is the link explaining how to nominate.

I'm running behind tonight, so I'll leave the tag set open until it's 11:59pm in Pacific Timezone, if not closing it in the morning if I don't get back in time.

Are nominations still being checked or is everything that isn't approved yet excluded?

The tag set is closed, but I'll be working through the tags for approval when I get home later today.
