I would love a story set more or less immediately post-movie. I mean, we know what happened to Daniel in the novels - met Armand, etc. But what happens in this version, in the world where Lestat nearly causes a major accident on the Golden Gate Bridge while having himself a refreshing drink? Does he turn Daniel, as he strongly implies? Does Daniel get to try to guide the Brat Prince into the 20th century? For that matter, this Daniel Molloy, just based on him being acted by Christian Slater, comes across as somewhat older and more mature than the one in the books - how does that affect things?

Ah, my two favourite asshole characters on this show. (I do keep hoping for them to become a canon pairing, though admittedly, I doubt it. Oh well, that's what fanfic's for.) I'd love to see some straight forward belligerent allies turned fuck buddies - all that aggression could go anywhere. Or possibly something else, something where they settle down and bond over being grumpy working class not-quite-superheroes and not quite fitting in with the rest of the supercrowd. Or Mick somehow becoming John's apprentice, either because he just wants to learn that fire hands trick, or because somebody has to help out and he just starts picking things up. Or John having to offer something in compensation to stop Mick from stealing his girlfriend/book back from John's treasure chest every few days...

So - what happened after the show? Did Picard ever get to retire to some nice vineyard, with Q constantly popping in to annoy him? Did they end up travelling the stars far beyond humanity's reach? Did Q sense a great disturbance in the Time Stream and drag them both sideways to go investigate that weird new timeline happening somewhen? Did Q take them into yet another one of his weird fantasy worlds, only for Q to somehow develop amnesia? Or did they just settle quietly and have a nice curtain fic retirement together for a bit?

I adore Kel and how hard she works and how deeply she feels things despite how her demeanor makes her appear, and I especially love all of her friendships. Her and Neal are such an odd pair and yet their friendship seems to work all the better for that. I would love to know more about her and Yuki together, getting to know each other again after a long absence, when they have both grown and changed. A story about her and Yuki and Neal, and navigating that situation where your two friends are dating each other, would also be really interesting, if you wanted to combine prompts.

I love how we see Kel be amused by Owen's loudness and rambunctiousness, and also how as they get older there's this edge to that, of seeing Kel seeing how Owen is affected by serious and sad circumstances. And I am FASCINATED by her and Wyldon's whole thing, how she approached him as a mentor when he resisted being one, and then how he came to support her because it was the right thing to do, and then slowly because it was what he wanted to do. I'd love to see something that explored their connection post-canon. Especially if Owen shows up, you just know that Kel is going to find Wyldon's putting up with Owen *hilarious*.

I am soooo late to this fandom party but I finished TAZ: Balance recently and I LOVE LUP AND TAAKO. I love how they have all these qualities that seem unheroic but then they really are good people. And I love close sibling friendships. And I love how they both have so much flair. Such a way with words. Such fearless attitude.

I *loved* the Stolen Century arc, I was really fascinated by the world-hopping and the "reset" aspects of that, and I like all the other characters in that arc and their friendships, and I'm a sucker for stories that are fun and comedic but also have a background of drama and failure and tragedy. A fic set during that arc would be AMAZING, but if you wanted to explore post-canon, I would be down for that! I will say I have not heard all of the various live-shows, so please don't pull too heavily from one of those, although I don't mind references or spoilers, it's more that I want to be able to appreciate your lovely story :D

MY SECRET FORBIDDEN SHIP.

Or, not exactly secret, and clearly not forbidden, but every time I get to the season 7 Cardassian Resistance arc I am just captivated by Damar and Garak and Kira hiding in Mila's basement together just.....stuck with each other, with these people they have a long history of not liking and not trusting, and now they have nothing better to do then talk to each other. And you can SEE them building relationships and camaraderie, in spite of their better judgment. In spite of the fact that Garak and Kira both loved Ziyal and Damar killed her. (I don't particularly ship Garak/Ziyal romantically, but I believe that she was important to him; I also am fine if you do read that ship more romantically.) I would love to read a fic set in or around that time frame in canon that just explores this really messy complicated connection that never should have existed.

I seriously do love all of the characters in The Good Place, you can include anyone and everyone you want to, just, somehow I ended up picking all Tahani-relationships this time around XD Can you blame me? She's FASCINATING, witty and charming and self-absorbed and self-sabotaging and self-deluding, I love her.

I love reading about close sibling friendships, but I also love reading about complicated messy uncomfortable hard sibling relationships, so Kamilah and Tahani are so interesting to me. I'm down for anything that deals with them trying and failing or not even trying to get along, whether that's set in season three while Tahani is back on earth, or maybe something in one of the reboots if Michael tries to more directly poke at Tahani's sibling issues, or something before Tahani's death. I'd prefer nothing that is set 100% when they are children, but some scenes when they're kids is fine.

I ship Tahani and Eleanor SO HARD. Part of the appeal to me is that they wouldn't be a perfect couple? I want to see all the ways they screw up and piss each other off and bring out each other's insecurities...and then I want to see them realize they fucked up and try to do better and do a really lousy job but at least they tried. Set in a reboot, post-season 3, while they were back on earth, "somehow they met pre-canon", AU, any of it!

I also just loooove the whole group friendship, really, I would read about these characters doing anything -- their ethics lessons are so interesting to me, you could do more with that; or I love role reversal, is there some situation where Tahani or Eleanor or JASON is leading the group in something (and it gets all screwed up)? Or are they back on earth all trying to encourage people to be good (and then it gets all screwed up)? Or maybe one of the times we didn't see where they realize that they're in the Bad Place and try to escape (and then it gets all screwed up)?
