Check In (a week early)

The scheduled check in is on the 12th, but I decided to go ahead and post this a week early. You can check in now leading up to the 12th.

How is everyone doing on their assignments?

If you feel like you won't be able to complete your assignment, go ahead and default so we can set up pinch hitters (of course, if you do manage to finish, we'd love it if you uploaded even if we've already found a pinch hitter. The more, the merrier).

AO3 has been getting a lot of 502s lately, so if you can upload early, I would suggest doing so. Also try uploading/editing doing off-peak hours.

Stories are due June 25th at 11:59 pm Pacific time and the collection will go live on June 30th.

I have over 1,000 words and most of a story - it feels like it needs a couple more scenes but it is going well. *hoping for no crises to stop me getting it finished in time*

I haven't started, but I expected that. There's additional canon I need to get my hands on, and today is the day that happens. After I review canon, things should go smoothly. (Emphasis on "should.")

I might even do both, depending on how long I procrastinate making my decision. However, I still believe myself able to finish.
