Ooh, fun! Pinch hitter here, AO3 name same as DW name. For these prompts, I would mostly prefer gen, if that's okay.

Good Wife: Eli Gold. Anything with Eli Gold interacting with anyone would make my day. Eli reluctantly teaming up with Cary Agos for overthrowing the world wacky political hijinks? Eli butting heads with Leora Kuhn? Continuing total awesomeness with Elsbeth Tascioni? Marissa Gold pushing all his buttons? Bring it on! (Note: I only ship Eli (totally dysfunctionally) with Vanessa Gold.)

SGU: Amanda Perry! I'd like to see a friendship with one of the other women on SGU. Chloe or TJ, perhaps? Would she and Chloe talk about math? Amanda and TJ might have interesting perspectives on life as well...

Norse mythology: Brynhildr, Gudrun: Even though they both wanted the same guy, in at least some versions they were friends. What was that like?

Vorkosigan Saga: Simon Illyan OR Lotus Durona. Basically, anything with Simon being awesome is crack for me. I especially have an Aral-Simon loyalty kink. I've recently also gotten interested in Lotus Durona -- such an interesting character! I've read at least one awesome backstory fic, but would certainly not mind more -- or what happened to her after her clone escaped?
