End of 2013 round

With this year's round at a close, we'd like to take this opportunity to listen to what everyone has to say. Let us know what you liked, what you didn't like, what you'd like to change, etc. We want to hear your voices. We cannot guarantee everything suggested will be implemented, but we do promise we will read and discuss everything between each other. Anonymous commenting is allowed.

We won't be responding to individual comments, though we will reply if someone asks us a question.

I actually don't have anything I would want to change, but there are a couple of things that I think were done really right:

1. The pinch hits being given 24 hours. I thought that was a brilliant move last year, and I still think that. It's probably more work for you, but I really appreciate it.

2. Being given two months to write. I'm the kind of writer who really needs that time. Thank you for that.
