Out of curiosity: why did you decide to reveal requests before closing sign-ups? (This is NOT a veiled criticism. :) I'm just looking to increase my understanding of the various aspects of challenge-running. I haven't seen it done this way before, but I can think of some possible benefits.)

Mainly feedback from previous rounds. There are some exchanges that have sign up requests revealed from the get go and usually NPT reveals requests after sign ups are closed and I can copy/paste everything into a txt file. Halfway through sign ups was the compromise to try out.

Oh, interesting. I've only been in a couple of different exchanges, and they've happened to all reveal requests late in the process if at all, so I just kind of assumed that was How People Did These Things. :)
