I was the one who submitted Full Metal Panic - I think you're correct that it doesn't meet requirements, I didn't notice the nominations period was happening until the last day, and was running against the clock to try and get them in, and didn't check eligibility requirements particularly closely. You can take that one off the list.

From season 2, one of them is a time remnant. Some Legends went back in time and crossed their path with themselves from an earlier timeline.

Hmm it's only has 58 filtered fics on AO3 and 12 on FF.net, I may have messed up the nomination somehow though?

Too small fandoms aren't eligible, as well as some of the megafandoms.

At those numbers, Legion is more suited for Yuletide or Night on Fic Mountain. I'll go ahead and reject it now and hopefully the fandom will grow in size to be eligible for Not Prime Time later.
