Hello! A friend of mine was wondering if artists are eligible to sign up for this exchange.

Currently, it's writers only for main gifts/assignments. However, art can be treats and I can set up a post once sign ups are over for potential artists and people who want art to comment on it so they can find each other.

Can you do anything about the signup from that person who has no clue how requesting works? They're demanding relationships not in the tag set because they couldn't be bothered to nominate them on their own. Username starts with Z.
